Yes! We carry liability insurance and all customers must sign a liability waiver to rent an inflatable. We are locally owned and operated and maintain a current business license.
Do you charge a deposit?
At the time of booking 20% of the total rental cost will be charged to reserve your inflatable. This is typically $40-$70 depending on which unit you are booking.
What if I need to cancel?
If you change your mind or need to cancel for any reason, a full refund of the booking deposit will be given if it's more than 48 hours before your scheduled rental time. If cancellation is made after that time period then the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that we reserve your inflatable when the booking is made and that unit is unavailable for other customers.
What if it rains or storms?
The rain is unpredictable in south Alabama and can change quickly. We do not automatically cancel reservations due to rain, it is the renters responsibility. If cancellation is requested before we arrive to set up your unit a full refund of the deposit will be given. If we are on-site to set up and you wish to cancel due to weather your deposit will be forfeit.
In the event of severe storms or high winds, we may cancel reservations for the safety of our customers. If that happens we're happy to reschedule the rental or refund your deposit.
What is your service area?
Gulf Shores Inflatables services south Baldwin county. We are located in Gulf Shores and will deliver to any location within 25 miles. This includes Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Elberta, Lillian, Foley, Fairhope, Daphne, Summerdale, Robertsdale, Magnolia Springs, Barnwell and any other locations within 25 miles.
Do you charge delivery fees?
No, if you are within our service area there is no delivery fee.
Are the inflatables clean and sanitary?
Yes! Each unit is wiped down and cleaned after each reservation with a disinfectant and vinyl cleaner. We are committed to providing a clean and safe inflatable for every reservation.
Are inflatables safe for kids?
Yes! We have well maintained inflatables that meet all required safety standards. Children should always have adult supervision like most activities.
How much room do I need for an inflatable?
The dimensions of each unit is listed in their product description. You should have 4-5 feet of clearance around the unit so it can be properly secured to the ground. Also make sure to check for the height of the space. Most units are 13 - 20 feet in height and will need to stay clear of branches or other overhead obstructions.
What surface is needed for the inflatable?
The area for your inflatable should be reasonably level as they cannot be setup on a steep incline. They are typically setup on grassy areas and secured with long stakes. If needed they can also be setup on concrete, asphalt or indoors and secured with sandbags. We will not setup on gravel surfaces to avoid damage to the inflatable.
What electrical power do I need?
Every inflatable requires an electric blower to operate. We ask that your unit is setup within 50 feet of an electrical outlet. You will also want to limit what other items you connect to the same circuit as the inflatable blower to avoid an overload. If you don't have electric in the area, we can provide a generator for an additional charge.
Do you allow food, drinks, water or toys inside the inflatable?
Food, beverages, water and other toys should not be used with the inflatable. We do have units that are designed to work with water and we can help select the best one for your needs.
Toys can also cause damage to units so they are not allowed. Silly string is specifically harmful as the chemicals in it will damage the vinyl material of the inflatables.
